Pricing
All prices include VAT at the current standard UK Rate. The VAT amount is displayed on the final order page. Customers receiving goods outside the EEC are responsible for any local taxes and /or duties incurred.
Fabrics can be ordered via the website, email or telephone. Minimum order is one metre of fabric, one tin of paint or one roll of wallpaper. Fabric can only be ordered in whole or half metre increments.
Cuttings are not indicative of stock dye batches. Shades can sometimes vary between samples and batches - if the colour match is critical, please ask fabrictraders.co.uk to provide a stock cutting of the current batch when placing an order. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any differences in shade.
Fabrictraders.co.uk accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards, Switch and Maestro debit cards or cheques ( made payable to fabrictraders.co.uk). Transactions are only processed after stock availability is confirmed; in an out of stock situation the customer will be informed and given the right to cancel before any monies are taken.
Fabrictraders.co.uk do not carry stock, we do not sell seconds, for this reason it is not possible to guarantee delivery of any item and we accept no liability for any costs due to a delay on any goods. Fabrictraders.co.uk will keep customers informed at all times of expected delivery dates and inform as soon as possible of any delay. Goods are subject to availability.
Delivery Charges
No goods can be released until payment is received in full. For delivery within the UK mainland there is a £10.00 carriage charge per respective fabric house.Carriage outside Mainland UK will be quoted for on application. Should you order more than one item from one particular house and an item is out of stock, then the goods will be sent out separately but will incur only one delivery charge. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery has been made or if delayed by you at the time of delivery.
Returns
Please inspect all orders very carefully as nothing can be returned once it has been cut, treated or used in anyway. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please contact us immediately and we will replace these free of charge. Should you realise that you have ordered the wrong product and wish to return goods that are not faulty, fabrictraders.co.uk must be contacted immediately. Goods can only be returned once you receive written confirmation and will be subject to a restocking charge at the discretion of the fabric house in question. All goods returned must be in a saleable condition. All costs relating to returns are the buyers responsibility. Please note returns are not usually available on orders under five metres. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Suitability
It is the buyers responsibility to ascertain suitability of the goods for any particular purpose before purchase. Fabrictraders.co.uk cannot accept any liability arising in respect of any loss or damage or deterioration in condition to any goods sold caused by usage, shrinkage, cleaning processes, atmospheric conditions or assembly, make-up and installation or general application.
